Villa Centoni is 1 km from the old town centre of Montecarlo and is surrounded by flourishing olive groves and lush vineyards. Its terrace offers breath-taking view that is dominated by a large part of the Lucca plains. The villa has a salt- water swimming pool, a separate garden that is well furnished (chairs, deckchairs, gazebo, tables), as well as private parking, nocturnal lighting, barbecue, table-tennis table.

Inside the living area one can appreciate typical Tuscan furnishing with Florentine terracotta floors, while in the sleeping areas there is olive wood parquet. The furnishing of the villa is done with furniture from the 1800s. The villa consists of an entrance, TV room with a fireplace, dining room, well furnished spacious kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms making a total of 280 sqm.
