Prices and services
Rental of villa, minimum 7 nights
The cost for 7 nights, includes bed linen, bath linen, kitchen linen, hot water, final cleaning, pool cleaning and management, external garden maintenance and management as well as private enclosed parking:
- Minimum price: €uro 1.500
- Maximum price: €uro 2.500
Linen is changed once a week.
Extra costs: heating of rooms in Villa, extra linen, catering services, etc...
On arrival a deposit of €uro 500,00, has to be paid as a guarantee in case of damage caused to the property and contents (internally/externally).
Arrival and departure
For both villa and single room rental, the arrival and departure times are as follows:
- Arrival: between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm
- Departure: between 8:00 am and 10:00 am
